Spread over 12 weeks it gives us an opportunity to assimilate and use the information and give and receive feedback. Each week we’ll cover a different aspect of losing weight.
This journey is not only about weight loss, it will be a journey of self-discovery and personal growth – weight loss is actually just the cherry on the top.
Definitely not your usual diet or fitness plan!
My beliefs about weight-loss:
- It is more about what you think and feel than what you eat
- Yes, food and exercise is still a factor
- A diet low in carbs and high in fat is healthy and gives results
- Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) really works
- It’s easier to stick to a program when you have a support team
This program is for you if:
- You want to lose weight (Whether it is 5kg or 35kg)
- You have tried many diets before and failed or have only been mildly successful
- You are willing to look at the emotional connection behind your weight

We’ll get together every Thursday evening from 5:30 to 7:00 (Randburg)
Every week we’ll start off discussing the experiences of the week gone by and checking in. We’ll then talk about the topic of the week and do a practical exercise like EFT tapping or meditation. The learning continues throughout the week as you integrate and practice what you’ve learned.
